The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. Duties Greet clients warmly as they enter the salon and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. Schedule appointments over the phone or in-person, ensuring optimal use of salon resources. Handle client inquiries and provide information about services, products, and promotions. Process payments accurately using a cash register or POS system, including managing cash transactions and credit card processing. Maintain an organized reception area and ensure that all client records are up-to-date. Promote retail products to clients, utilizing sales techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Assist with inventory management by tracking product levels and placing orders as needed. Support salon staff with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Strong sales aptitude to promote services and retail products successfully. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience with cash registers or POS systems is preferred. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
