Key Principal duties/responsibilities:
Greet and check-in all guests coming into Pyure Salon in a courteous and friendly manner Answer the salon phone cordially Answer all questions regarding salon services, policies and procedures, and any questions regarding the salon appropriately Schedule and confirm appointments appropriately and include all required information Audit the book to ensure most efficient booking Enter and ring out transactions in Millennium appropriately Assist with retail sales Maintain the cleanliness of the salon front desk area and experience center Occasional duties or projects: Assist with inventory of products Assist with training of new Salon Desk/Coordinator staff as needed Attend staff and training meetings
