Requirements:

Requirements Work Experience Requirements Possess a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the spa, retail, hospitality, wellness, or beauty industry. Demonstrate proficiency in administrative and computer skills essential for accurate and timely reporting, cash handling and reconciliation, payroll management, service, and retail inventory oversight, record-keeping, and operation of Point of Sale (POS) systems. Display prior experience in recruitment and training. Exhibit a proven ability to cultivate a collaborative team spirit to successfully achieve business goals. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to thirty-five pounds, and stand or walk for up to 10 hours per day. This position, requires flexibility and availability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, holidays, evenings, and weekends. Must be able to lift/carry up to 35 pounds.
