We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Front Desk Supervisor / Assistant Manager to join our team and play a key role in maintaining our high standard of service.
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Supervisor / Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, supervising front desk and janitorial staff, resolving member concerns, and supporting the General Manager in the daily operations of the gym. This is a full-time, in-person position that requires a hands-on, customer-focused individual who thrives in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front desk and janitorial staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight Ensure smooth front desk operations and excellent customer service at all times Address and resolve member inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner Assist with new member onboarding and membership management Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and problem-solving Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized facility Help implement and uphold gym policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related supervisory role Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and organized Passion for health, fitness, and creating a positive gym experience
