We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Spa Coordinator to join our team at Icon Beauty Spa. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience while maintaining exceptional organization and sales performance. This role is key to the smooth operation of our spa and the satisfaction of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with a professional and friendly attitude. Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications. Educate clients about skincare treatments, facials, and service offerings. Maintain a clean, organized, and serene front desk environment. Handle transactions and promote treatment packages and skincare products. Support the spa team with administrative and customer service tasks. Achieve sales targets and contribute to spa revenue goals.

Requirements:

Bilingual:

Fluent in English and Spanish. Strong commercial skills and customer service orientation. Knowledge of skincare treatments, facials, and beauty services. Excellent presence and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a spa, med spa, or luxury service industry preferred.

Compensation:
