Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and attract new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure repeat business. Meet and exceed sales targets while providing training, guidance, and support to the team. Deliver outstanding customer service by handling client inquiries, concerns, and bookings. Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the team to create promotions, packages, and marketing strategies. Maintain expert knowledge of all spa services, treatments, and skincare products. Requirements Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the wellness, spa, or hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing a successful team.
