Must be capable of meeting sales goals.

Daily Assistant Spa Manager Duties:

• Ensure Spa is properly staffed and supported on all shifts
• Assist Spa Manager with hiring, onboarding and training
• Assist Spa Manager with overseeing and managing the daily operations of the spa
• 80% of time spent working face to face with clients
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
• Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines
• Additional duties assigned by the spa manager which are based upon the business needs of the spa.
