Lead Salon Coordinator Diamond Nail Co. 1901 Hwy 190, Mandeville, LA 70448 Job Overview Diamond Nail Co. is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Salon Coordinator to support our growing team of talented nail artists. We’re not your typical salon—we run a highly organized, team-based environment with a focus on education, career development, and elevated client service. This role is ideal for someone who loves systems, enjoys being behind the scenes, and wants to play a key part in building a modern beauty workplace. The Salon Coordinator will support daily operations like onboarding, employee records, payroll prep, client service support, and internal communications—all while helping us create a better work experience for both our staff and our clients. Employee Support & HR Admin Lead orientation sessions to welcome new team members Maintain up-to-date employee records (licenses, documentation, expectations) Respond to employee questions around policies, scheduling, and procedures Payroll Collect and verify timesheets and service reports for payroll processing, input data into payroll software to ensure timely payroll processing Salon Operations & Opening Duties Open the salon and ensure it is ready for the day—clean, stocked, and welcoming Support client check-ins, answer phone calls, and assist with booking Help maintain smooth daily flow for both clients and staff SOP & Systems Management Take ownership of internal SOPs, checklists, and training materials Work directly with ownership to implement updates and keep documentation functional Support education initiatives and team meetings Qualifications Prior salon, HR, or administrative experience preferred Familiarity with salon or scheduling software (Vagaro, GlossGenius, etc.) a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional, friendly demeanor with strong customer service instincts Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable multitasking Passion for beauty, teamwork, and building efficient systems Why Work With Us?
