Assistant Spa Manager 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 8202 Renaissance Parkway, Durham, NC 27713 Durham Massage Envy is looking to grow by hiring supporting managers dedicated to increasing retail and membership sales. Massage Envy Southpoint currently has an opening for an individual with a “go-getter” attitude and exceptional organizational skills to fill our open Assistant Manager of Sales position. The ideal candidate is a positive communicator with a high degree of self-motivation combined with a sense of urgency. This is a great opportunity to provide hands-on, results-focused leadership to a team and participate in the financial rewards of the clinic’s success. The position is full-time, and the schedule varies. Our competitive compensation package includes base hourly pay of $15, sales bonuses, plus a performance-based bonus. An Assistant Manager in their first year can expect to make a minimum of $31,200-$33,600 (base salary plus bonus/commissions). Higher compensation is available with advancement.
