We’re seeking a high-performance General/Sales Manager to lead our Charlotte location, coach and grow a top-tier team, and drive the full client acquisition and retention funnel—from first impression to long-term relationship. About the Role This is not your average studio or spa management position. We’re looking for a leader who sells —someone who builds team culture and leads by example, confidently converting leads into loyal clients while inspiring others to do the same. You’ll manage daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an unforgettable client journey. KPIs:
lead gen, lead nurture, appointment conversion, and memberships. Build and coach a high-performing sales team through consistent training, accountability, and hands-on leadership. Interpret real-time performance data to drive strategy and decisions. Cultivate a strong sales culture focused on education, value, and conversion. Team Management & Development Lead a team of 6 -12 wellness professionals and sales associates. Hire, onboard, train, and evaluate staff while building a culture of ownership and results. Coach the team in sales conversations, client retention, and exceptional service. Manage shift coverage, performance issues, and employee engagement. Operational Excellence Oversee all aspects of studio operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and daily opening/closing standards. Maintain an elevated facility experience that reflects our brand and exceeds client expectations. Ensure compliance with corporate standards and support rollout of new initiatives and services. Client Experience & Community Engagement Personally engage with clients to demonstrate care, recommend personalized solutions, and drive satisfaction. Handle escalations and turn complaints into loyal relationships. Partner with ownership on grassroots and local marketing strategies. Encourage the collection of reviews, testimonials, and social media content creation. Ideal Experience & Background 3+ years in a sales-driven management role in wellness, fitness, aesthetics, med spa, or hospitality. Experience managing teams in fast-paced, member-driven environments (e.g. F45, StretchLab, Hand and Stone). Proven success building and leading teams to exceed aggressive sales targets. Highly organized with strong leadership, time management, and operational skills. Excellent communicator and problem-solver with a passion for helping people feel their best. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, POS, and scheduling systems. Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work evenings/weekends as needed.
