Job Duties would include:
- Warmly greet clients and ensure exceptional client experience. You are the first impression of our salon! People skills is a MUST.
- Coordinate guest appointments with precision both in person and by phone. (You must “smile through the phone”)
- Process payment transactions
- Support team members with overall flow of the salon from the entryway to the back of house
- Problem solve with a smile, excellent customer service is KEY
- Organize and prepare the salon to uphold salon standards
- Proactively assist and transition between all aspects of the day to day operations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Superior customer service and problem solving skills
