The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for sales, be knowledgeable about the spa industry, and have experience managing a team of professionals. You must be a self-starter, driven individual that can lead a team and produce results! The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spa, including sales growth, team management and ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards. This position will have a base hourly wage plus quarterly bonus opportunity based on performance metrics. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa. Ensure clinic sales goals and profitability are met or exceeded by using creative ideas and strategies to grow the business. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Train and supervise staff in proper sales techniques and customer service. Develop marketing plans to promote spa services. Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in team management and supervising staff in a spa or retail environment for atleast 2 years Proven sales skills with ability to motivate team members in achieving sales targets. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Proficiency in inventory management and control, including purchasing and stocking Familiarity with POS systems and spa operations Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to negotiate Ability to handle payroll and admin tasks
