Assistant Spa Manager Amazing Lash Studio Raleigh, NC 27629

Job Summary:

Assistant Studio Manager will work under the supervision of the Studio Director to understand the operations procedures by performing assigned projects and responsibilities to acquire all essential knowledge to successfully run a team of sales associates and lash artist.

Primary Job Functions:

• Actively participates in mentorship program to understand all aspects of studio operations
• Learn to evaluate performance, and identify training needs
• Observe sales processes by shadowing Studio Director and emulate their sales management processes to meet sales targets
• Assist Studio Director in completing daily tasks, and preparing reports and presentations
• Understand each studio role’s processes and goals
• Demonstrate desired behavior to staff including customer service, staff interaction, and guest follow up
• Ensure a high level of client service and execution of organizational standards
• Consistently creates an environment of accountability, relationships and trust
• Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs
• Other duties as assigned by leadership

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Customer service oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• MindBody Salon Software experience preferred but not required

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour
