We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and personable Spa Manager who excels in sales and membership management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be integral in driving sales targets, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service excellence. This position requires an individual with a strong sales background , a passion for leadership, and a proven track record in achieving membership and series sales goals. As part of a collaborative management team, you will help shape the spa’s culture, motivate a team of over 30 employees, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:

Take ownership of driving and exceeding sales goals, focusing on membership and series sales . Lead efforts in promoting multi-treatment packages, memberships, and other revenue-enhancing services to drive both client retention and overall profitability.

Maximizing Client Opportunities:

Ensure that every client interaction is leveraged to maximize revenue opportunities. Collaborate daily with therapists to guide them in recommending additional treatments, home care retail products, and memberships/series during client visits. Motivate and support team members in suggesting upgrades, multi-treatment bundles, and membership options that enhance the client experience while driving sales growth.

Client Engagement & Retention:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored service recommendations. Be an expert on all services and products, ensuring upselling and cross-selling opportunities are maximized, especially for multi-treatment bundles and membership packages.

Team Leadership & Motivation:

Guide, motivate, and mentor a team of over 30 employees to meet individual and team sales goals. Provide consistent coaching, ensuring staff members are equipped with the tools and knowledge to achieve success in sales and customer service.

Operational Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth front desk management, efficient staff scheduling, and treatment coordination. Ensure the schedule is optimized to meet sales goals and improve revenue generation.

Sales Training & Development:

Lead by example in driving membership and series sales , and provide ongoing training to staff to ensure they understand and are able to execute successful sales strategies.

Customer Service Excellence:

Maintain the spa’s high standards of service excellence, ensuring that each client has a memorable and personalized experience. Work to build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and tailored recommendations.

Culture & Employee Relations:

Maintain a positive work environment by fostering open communication, setting clear expectations, and providing regular performance feedback. Address employee issues fairly and consistently to maintain a motivated, productive team.

Requirements:

4+ years of sales management experience in a fast-paced spa/salon, beauty, or service environment with a strong emphasis on membership and series sales . Proven ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets, with a deep understanding of membership & series sales strategies and multi-treatment packages. Exceptional leadership skills , with the ability to motivate and guide staff, helping them to meet sales targets and deliver top-tier customer service. Excellent communication and organizational skills , with the ability to multitask and manage daily operations while maintaining a focus on driving sales and revenue. Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while being highly focused on achieving goals and maintaining service excellence. Ability to handle client issues with tact and diplomacy , ensuring that customer concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally. Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and sales tracking tools is a plus. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of a high-energy spa environment.

Preferred Experience:

Prior spa industry experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong background in hospitality, retail, or client-service industries will also be considered. Experience in employee selection, mentoring , and performance management. A solid track record of success in both sales and management within a service-based business.
