Day-to-Day:
Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships, promoting retail sales, guiding the team, managing deposits, overseeing inventory, ensuring compliance with all laws, etc. Strive for continuous growth by setting goals, prioritizing work and analyzing business performance Effectively resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment Empower team members to improve and grow by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training, and reviewing performance regularly Develop positive relationships and build confidence with employees, members, and guests Responsibilities include but not limited to: Learning & Knowing our brand inside and out Presenting, coaching others & selling our Wellness Program Scheduling Team work assignments Making sure that the clinic is organized, clean and presentable Database maintenance Running daily reports Collaborating with Upper Management Team Executing Brand Protocols Must haves: Leadership skillset Spa experience or like setting Management, Retail Sales and Customer service experience Enjoy people & provide impeccable customer service! Have open availability and be reliable to meet scheduling needs Be a quick learner and be willing to learn our brand from the ground up Know our Wellness Program and be able to present it & train others to present it.
