Lead. Grow. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Watchung is hiring a sales-focused Spa Manager with strong leadership skills and a drive to grow the business. You’ll lead front desk operations, lead by example, build a high-performing team, and occasionally support our Flemington location.

What You’ll Do:

Drive membership sales and retain members Lead, train, and motivate front desk staff Drive profitability and reduce costs through smart sales strategies and cost control Juggle multiple hats of running front desk and managing operations Work one evening and one weekend shift weekly (plus cover as needed)
