Salon Secrets Spa is currently hiring for a Guest Services Coordinator to be the first friendly face our guests see when they walk through the door. We are looking for a highly motivated, positive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for every guest.
Key Qualities We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic Flexibility — must be able to work evenings, Wednesdays and Saturdays Takes initiative and is proactive in problem-solving Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable recommending services and retail products to guests Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in guests Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book Processing payments and handling transactions Educating and recommendations to guests on our services, promotions, and retail products Supporting a smooth front desk operation and assisting team members as needed Why Join Salon Secrets Spa?
