Position Overview:
The Assistant Spa Manager isresponsible for the daily organization and management of theguests, schedule, inventory, and Hospitality Team. This roleinvolves training team members on their job responsibilities andensuring that their performance meets the standards set forth inthe operations manual.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the interviewing process for the HospitalityTeam. Organize front desk training upon hiring and ensure teammembers meet expectations and follow all policies. Coordinate Hospitality Team schedules and review time punchesto minimize discrepancies and overtime. Review daily guest schedule to ensure it is maximized withminimal gaps. Track and monitor monthly sales performance of Hospitality Teamand set daily Retail to Service sales goals. Create quarterly team meetings and agendas. Perform corrective actions when team members do not meetexpectations. Address guest’s positive and negative feedback immediately withthe Spa Manager and Employee. Perform a daily review of the Ratings Control Panel withinMeevo. Inform Spa Manager of any closeout discrepancies. Ensure guest experience meets and exceeds satisfaction bycompleting and filling out Guest List daily. Perform duties of Spa Coordinator and/or Spa Concierge whenneeded. Ensure proper lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy asset forth in the Ambiance Standards. Abide by all protocols set forth by
