This is NOT an entry-level role. Please do not apply unless you have at least one full year of hands-on experience working in a spa or salon—as a massage therapist, esthetician, front desk lead, stylist, nail tech, or similar. This position requires someone who deeply understands the spa and wellness environment. If you do not meet the spa experience requirement, please do not waste your time or ours by applying. We are looking for someone who can confidently step into a leadership position and manage operations so that the owner can focus on higher-level growth and business development.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing the spa team and day-to-day operations Hiring and building a team that matches the Spa’s energy, standards, and mission Ensuring top-tier client service and satisfaction Overseeing basic payroll tracking and team reporting Supporting and developing promotions and marketing campaigns Contributing ideas to improve workflow, client retention, and overall success

Training Pay:

$10/hour during the initial training period

Base Pay:

18+/hour based on experience, performance, and leadership ability
