Duties:
- Manage daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service

- Implement pricing strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, cash handling, and team management within the spa or hospitality industry
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in using cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills (both in English AND either Spanish or Portuguese) with a focus on customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to manage shifts effectively and ensure smooth spa operations
