Spa Manager (Experienced in Waxing, Facials & Leadership The Wax House 2237 Lowes Drive, Clarksville, TN 37040 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in spa management and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients. Your expertise in various beauty treatments and salon software will be essential in enhancing our clients’ experiences. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards. Manage and train spa staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Maintain inventory levels of products and supplies, placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation practices. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and attract new clients. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction. Utilize salon software such as

MINDBODY

for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Stay updated on industry trends and new treatments to enhance service offerings. Perform various beauty treatments as needed, including but not limited to:

• Hair threading
• Dermabrasion
• Body waxing
• Esthetic laser treatment
• Eyelash extensions
• Makeup application
• Nail care Qualifications Proven experience in spa management or a similar role within the beauty industry.

Proficiency in salon software applications; experience with

MINDBODY

is preferred. Strong knowledge of beauty treatments including hair threading, body waxing, and esthetic procedures. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations. Relevant certifications in beauty treatments are a plus but not required.
