Now Hiring a Spa Manager to Inspire and Connect! Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in is seeking a full-time spa manager for our newly opened spa. The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented, and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service. Spa Manager Performance will be based on the following metrics: Membership Conversion

• You understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to welcome, empower, and connect with your clients. Revenue
• Understand how to drive revenue via maximizing the schedule, marketing and upgrading services. Recruiting
• Passion for building a team of spa professionals! Operations
• Measure and deliver results, create a strong member base, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience. What you need to succeed in this role: 3 to 5 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry Flexible schedule
• this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends. Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services. Strong and clear communication skills What’s in it for you? $35,000
• $45,000 base salary range
