The ideal candidate will have a passion for garment construction and a strong proficiency in using sewing machines. As a Seamstress, you will play a crucial role in fabricating high-quality garments, ensuring that each piece meets our standards of excellence. This position requires creativity, precision, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate sewing machines to construct and alter garments according to specifications. Fabricate various types of clothing and accessories, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Perform alterations and repairs on existing garments as needed. Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and timelines. Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all materials are properly stored. Adhere to safety protocols while working with machinery and tools. Experience Proven experience in garment construction and sewing is preferred. Familiarity with various fabrics and their properties is a plus. Experience operating industrial sewing machines and other related equipment is highly desirable. Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is advantageous but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow patterns and instructions accurately.
