The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment construction and sewing techniques, with the ability to fabricate high-quality products. This role is essential in ensuring that our garments meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Duties Operate sewing machines and other equipment to sew various types of fabrics. Construct garments according to specifications, ensuring accuracy in measurements and design. Fabricate custom pieces as required, adapting patterns and designs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making necessary adjustments or repairs. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in garment construction and sewing techniques. Proficiency in operating sewing machines and related equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow patterns and specifications accurately. Experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills. A passion for fashion and an eye for design will be considered an asset.
