The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sewing custom draperies ,valances , roman shades and other window treatments. Attention to detail, precision, and experience working with various fabrics are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Sew, hem, and finish custom draperies, curtains, and other window treatments.
• Measure and cut fabrics accurately according to design specifications.
• Work with different types of fabrics, linings and trims.
• Operate industrial sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques as needed.
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Follow project timelines to meet customer deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a drapery seamstress (minimum 3 years).
• Expertise in working with various fabrics, including delicate and heavy materials.
• Ability to follow design specifications and customer requests.
• Strong sewing skills with experience using industrial sewing machines.
• Attention to detail and precision in measurements and finishes.
• Ability to work independently or as part of the team.
