The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in garment construction and warehouse operations, with hands-on experience in embroidery. This role is essential for contributing to a collaborative work environment. Tajima Equipment Duties Operate sewing machines to fabricate garments according to specifications. Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, sewing, and finishing. Maintain an organized and efficient workspace within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Assist in inventory management and stock organization within the warehouse. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.
