• 3:30 PM Job Duties Operate industrial sewing machines to sew various textiles.

Meet daily and weekly production goals. Perform careful hand-trimming and use hand tools and equipment to inspect cut pieces for defects before sewing. Follow detailed work instructions for sewing tasks. Communicate clearly with the team to address needs and requirements. Collaborate with the team on quality control and finishing processes. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and instructions to ensure success. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience with industrial sewing machines. (Preferred) Experienced home sewing experience ( Will be trained on serger machine ) Needle, Serger, Overlock, and other industrial sewing machines. Ability to accurately cut fabric panels and sew them together. Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and honest. Willingness to learn and adapt to new work methods. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
