Responsibilities Operate sewing machines to fabricate garments according to specifications Perform garment construction tasks including cutting, sewing, and finishing Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure timely completion of projects Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols within the warehouse Assist in inventory management of fabrics and materials used in production Experience Proven experience as a Seamstress or in a similar role within garment construction Proficiency in operating various types of sewing machines Familiarity with different fabrics and their properties Strong attention to detail and ability to follow patterns accurately Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
