The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and have a passion for the fashion industry. This role involves supporting various functions within our organization, particularly in garment construction and retail operations. The Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their needs. Operate sewing machines and assist in garment construction tasks as needed. Support the team in maintaining an organized workspace and inventory management. Utilize basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and inventory tracking. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks. Assist in the preparation of merchandise for display in the retail environment. Requirements Familiarity with sewing machines and garment construction techniques preferred. Basic knowledge of sewing and know how to take measurements is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members. A passion for fashion and an eagerness to learn about the industry.
