The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic ability, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitized work environment. As a Tattoo Artist, you will work closely with clients to design and execute custom tattoos that reflect their individual styles and preferences. Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their tattoo ideas and preferences, providing expert advice on design and placement. Create original tattoo designs using illustration skills while considering color theory and client specifications. Perform tattooing procedures with precision, ensuring high-quality artistry and adherence to safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients throughout the tattooing process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Assist in store management tasks as needed, including inventory management and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Promote services through effective sales techniques while providing outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in tattooing with a strong portfolio showcasing your artistic style and versatility. Knowledge of first aid practices related to tattooing procedures is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Familiarity with color theory to create visually appealing designs that resonate with clients. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, contributing to an enhanced client experience. Ability to illustrate unique designs tailored to individual client requests while adhering to industry standards.
