You’re a great fit if you… Specialize in (or have a style complementary to) fine line, floral, ornamental, or illustrative tattoos Approach your work with intention, presence, and care Are independent, reliable, and aligned with the studio’s vibe and values Are interested in being part of a collaborative, supportive, and peaceful studio environment Have an existing client base or are ready to grow one in a studio that actively promotes your work Responsibilities Ensure a clean and sanitary workspace to maintain health and safety standards. Consult with clients to understand their tattoo preferences and provide expert advice on design and placement. Execute tattoo designs with precision and creativity, utilizing knowledge of color theory and illustration. Manage the tattoo studio effectively, including inventory control and customer service. Provide first aid and aftercare instructions to clients post-tattoo application. Foster a welcoming environment to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience as a Tattoo Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styles. Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe and clean working environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Knowledge of color theory and illustration techniques. Experience in customer service and sales to enhance client satisfaction and studio profitability. Basic first aid certification is a plus, along with any relevant store management experience.
