Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and Roles:

Produce quality parts, on time, the first time to meet or exceed our customer requirements, while supporting the Magna Employee’s Charter and the policies and procedures of Kamtek. Responsible for supporting safety, quality, and productivity while adhering to KAMTEK’s plant standards and upholding the Magna Employee’s Charter.

Essential Functions:

Maintain proper documentation of production and inventory using our CMS system. TLCQQ – Tagging Correct, Loaded Properly, Closed Properly, Quantity Correct, Quality Parts. Perform quality checks as required using

QID, QIF, FO/LO

Process, and Quality alerts as our guide. Visually evaluate welds for fusion, porosity, location, size, burn through, notching, or under cut. Welding techniques to repair the and complete existing welds

Position Requirements:

Proficient in MIG welding and basic use of hand tools.

Education/work experience:

High School Diploma or GED required 6-12 months experience in a manufacturing/fabrication environment is preferred.
