About Us:
REH Interiors is a luxury home staging and interior design firm known for creating elevated, livable spaces across South Florida. As we scale our design technology and streamline client presentations, we’re seeking a detail-oriented 3D modeler to help digitize our furniture inventory into SketchUp for use in client visualizations and internal planning systems.
The Role:
You will be responsible for modeling real-world furniture pieces from our inventory into clean, accurately scaled SketchUp models. These models will be used for space planning, rendering, and potentially AR applications. A keen eye for detail, texture accuracy, and furniture proportions is essential.
Responsibilities:
Create 3D models of sofas, tables, beds, decor, and other inventory items in SketchUp Model from photographs, dimensions, and references provided by our team Apply materials, finishes, and basic textures to match real items Organize and tag models according to style and collection Optimize models for performance (low to moderate poly count) Export and save models to our shared library (Trimble Connect or Google Drive) Work collaboratively with our inventory and design teams
Requirements:
Proficiency in SketchUp (required) Experience modeling furniture or interior elements Strong understanding of scale, proportion, and design aesthetics Familiarity with rendering workflows or AR platforms is a plus Organized, self-motivated, and responsive to feedback Able to work locally in Boca Raton, at least part-time, to access inventory directly Nice to
Have:
Experience with Trimble Connect, Unity, or Enscape Interior design or staging background Photography or scanning experience for 3D references
