Detail Specialist Certified Ceramics Hudson, FL 34667 • Hybrid work Job Summary We are seeking highly skilled, experienced detailers who know their craft and are ready to be paid accordingly . What You’ll Be Doing Full-service detailing of boats, RVs, and trailers (interior & exterior) Wet sanding, buffing, compounding, and high-gloss polishing Oxidation and water spot removal on fiberglass and gel coat surfaces Ceramic coatings, paint sealants, wax applications Deep cleaning of upholstery, vinyl, carpet, and compartments Pressure washing, mold remediation, and mildew control Window cleaning, metal polishing, and finishing touches Identifying paint or surface defects and correcting them independently Using high-end equipment, polishers, and chemicals safely and effectively Ensuring top-tier cleanliness and presentation for all jobs Who We’re Looking For 3+ years of professional detailing experience , preferably marine or RV Proven knowledge of detailing techniques, tools, and products Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision Comfortable working in outdoor environments and at marinas, storage yards, or mobile setups Great eye for detail and a perfectionist mindset Physically able to work on ladders, bend, lift 50 lbs., and be on your feet Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
