Summary of Primary Functions:
Perform special finishes, repair engineering errors and damaged product, and effect repair to architectural members require special patching ability and knowledge.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.
Performs off-bed (dry) finishing work.
Ability to read and understand engineered drawings.
Repair damaged ember requiring form work, and performs major repair work due to design and engineering errors to structural members.
Perform patch work to architectural members having exposed aggregate or special form finishes.
Repair concrete products that have plates left out or installed in wrong location.
Perform steel trowel, rake top, broom and light broom on finishes on bed when needed.
Strip, clean, and oil bed and place reinforcement in production areas as directed.
Sandblast product to obtain appearance that is required on shopcards. (ie: brush, light, medium or heavy sandblast).Clean up work area daily.
Job Specifications or Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
