Job Overview We are looking for an experienced PPF Color Change Installer to join our team. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a passion for transforming vehicles with high-quality ppf wraps. The ideal candidate has prior experience in vehicle wrapping, understands the intricacies of vehicle disassembly and assembly, and can execute full-color change wraps with a high level of craftsmanship. Responsibilities Install full and partial ppf wraps with precision and care Perform proper surface preparation to ensure optimal adhesion Remove trim, badges, and other vehicle components when necessary for seamless installations Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace Handle ppf materials properly to prevent waste and damage Stay updated on the latest wrap techniques, materials, and industry trends Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications 2+ years of experience in ppf wrap installation (color change experience is a must) Proficiency in handling various wrap brands (Xpel, 3M, Avery Dennison, KPMF, Inozetek, etc.) Ability to work with precision and attention to detail Strong knowledge of proper cutting techniques to avoid vehicle damage Experience with heat guns, squeegees, and other wrap tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and professional attitude Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience with paint protection film (PPF) and ceramic coatings is a plus Industry certifications (3M, Avery, XPEL, etc.) are highly desirable Why Join AP3 Atlanta?
