Do you attention to detail? Have a positive attitude? We have an entry level Auto Upholsterer position in which we are willing to train and apply your knowledge. SUMMARY The upholsterer/ technician performs installation of leather interiors including but not limited to vehicle seats and related components. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs installations of leather interiors and related components
  • Analyzes work orders
  • Drives Company’s vehicle as needed
  • Completes service/installation documentation (forms/logs/records)
  • Other duties may be assigned
WAYS OF WORKING, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, BEHAVIORS, AND ABILITIES
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Experience using hand tools and vehicle electrical systems preferred
  • Experience in auto trim, upholstery, seat/seating, interior trim, and/or automotive industry, preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, no criminal or major violations within the last 5 years,
  • No more than 3 moving violations and no at fault accidents within the last 3 years
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to read, analyze, and interpret work orders and specifications
  • Self-motivated and internally driven to excel, quality focused, attention to detail
  • Professionalism including but not limited to dependability, accountability, and punctuality
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
