Overview:
Ster North America is seeking a skilled Upholstery Gluer to join our production team. The primary focus of this role is applying adhesives precisely and efficiently to secure upholstery materials, ensuring durable and comfortable seating for public transit.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply adhesives according to specifications to secure upholstery materials. Assemble upholstery components, including fabric, foam, and kevlar, following design specifications. Work with various materials, ensuring proper adhesion and finish. Maintain safety and cleanliness of the workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet production standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in gluing or related upholstery work preferred. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards. Ability to operate related equipment and tools. Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
