Elite Aviation Staffing Georgia Job Overview We are seeking skilled Avionics Technicians of all levels, Upholstery Technicians, Aircraft painters, and Interior Technicians to join our team in Savannah Georgia. Must be willing to relocate to Savannah Georgia Pay is based on position applying for and experience level Must pass a DOT background check, drug test, and employment verification Per diem is offered to those who qualify Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident Avionics Installer SR

  • Two years accredited schooling in aviation electronics and 2 years related work experience.

Or four years experience in an avionics/electronic career field. Ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematic diagrams. Fabricates, modifies, installs wiring, wire harnesses, installs, terminates, performs continuity checks, functional checks, operational checks of avionics and electrical systems per manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations. Avionics Installer II

  • Avionics/Electrical Tech II
  • Two years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics or two years related work experience or an avionics certificate from an accredited school with one year related work experience.

Ability to read and interpret basic blue prints and schematic diagrams, perform continuity checks, functional and operation checks of avionics and electrical systems per FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and engineering drawings. Avionics Installer 1

  • Entry level position.

6 months accredited schooling in aviation electronics or general electrical experience preferred. Must know how to operate and multimeter. Technical certificate in aircraft electrical assembly preferred and or successful completion in a current year youth apprenticeship program with customer. Ability to read and interpret basic blue prints and schematic diagrams. Familiar with routing and installation of wiring. Familiar with common hand tools, cutters, ratchets, sockets, batter operated drills. Avionics/Electrical Tech

  • 2 Deomonstrates basic technical skills in avionics and aircraft systems.

2 years related work experience or two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematic diagrams.

Position Purpose:

Assists in troubleshooting and repairing system discrepancies per maintenance manuals, engineering orders, schematics, and AD’s. Interior Installation Tech 2

  • Two (2) years of application installation, fabrication or related experience.

Aerospace industry experience preferred.

Position Purpose:

The Interior Installation Technician II works under general supervision to remove, install, and/or fabricate aircraft interiors, which may include items such as trim, carpet, sound proofing, light structure, cabinetry, panels and other accessories. Remove and install nut plates, inserts, fasteners found in aircraft interiors. Read and understand blue prints, engineering documents, maintenance manuals. Interior Installation Tech 1

  • Application installation, fabrication or related experience preferred. Remove/install, or fabricate aircraft interiors referencing maintenance manuals, engineering orders, standard operating procedures, and quality procedures. RS ACFT painter II
  • Aircraft industry preferred. Prepare, paint, and detail aircraft per quality and operating standards. Follow standard operation procedures when using sealants, paint strippers, and corrosion preventative chemicals using protective equipment. Assist with aircraft movement. Upholstery Tech I
  • Entry Level Positions. Experience using commercial sewing machines, various hand tools used in upholstery and carpet trades is preferred. Perform technical upholstery functions with design per customer and FAA specifications. Fit panels and windows, cabin head liners, upper sidewalls, lower side panels. Create carpet patterns per design. Basic math computations. Final Line Mechanic
  • 1 year aerospace/aviation experience or equivalent mechanical experience such as auto mechanics, heavy equipment, etc.

A&P license may offset the one year of experience required.

Position Purpose:

In a team oriented work environment, install parts and components, lines, cables, etc. in area assigned using required tools and appropriate prints, specs, and operational requirements to complete work assigned through final inspection and assure conformance to specifications. Perform maintenance and repair of flight control systems, landing gear systems, verifying system is leak free and passes operational checks. High School Diploma or GED required. Must be able to lift 40 pounds and climb ladders and check stands. Must read, write, and speak English. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, ADs, Schematics, and EO documentation. Must be computer literate.
