Conversion Van Manufacturing National Van Builders, Inc. 80 Pine Street, Attleboro, MA 02703 Conversion Van Manufacturing Line Worker We are looking for a highly motivated & experienced tech to build wheelchair accessible and custom commercial vans. The ideal candidate will have some mechanical and automotive experience, excellent communication skills and a high degree of mechanical aptitude. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating hand tools & production line equipment, finishing vehicles and reporting any issues with equipment directly to maintenance supervisors. All qualified, responsible applicants are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities and Duties After a 90 day training period, build vans to specification. Follow specified building procedures Carry out basic quality and testing checks Operate metal and wood machinery and hand tools. Maintain work areas and equipment Required Skills High school diploma/GED required Capable and Proficient with power tools. Strong work ethic and organizational skills Able to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted Able to work on foot for extended periods of time Reliable mode of transportation Welding and automotive experience a plus. Solid English language skills. Starting pay commensurate to experience
