In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet, upholstery, area rug and tile and grout cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. You will utilize various cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure flooring and upholstery are thoroughly cleaned, maintained, and restored to their best condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Responsibilities Perform carpet, upholstery and tile and grout cleaning services using appropriate techniques, products and equipment. Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special attention. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies. Clean area and Oriental rugs in our warehouse utilizing proper equipment and cleaning products. Communicate effectively with clients regarding services performed and any recommendations for maintenance. Perform flood and demo work when the calls come in – we do not advertise for water mitigation services but our customers know we have the capabilities to handle their jobs if and when they need us. Experience Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related fields such as custodial work or commercial cleaning is preferred. Familiarity with various carpet cleaning methods and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods while performing cleaning tasks.
