Glue Associate Source International Corp 17 Gilmore Dr, Sutton, MA 01590 Who we are Source International is known for on trend design with aesthetics and quality typically associated with significantly higher priced products has produced an ever-growing clientele What you’ll be doing As Glue Associate you will be responsible for a range of activities, including installation of foam and fabrics by utilizing hand tools such as spray guns, cutters and pliers Responsibilities Use hand tools to apply and install foam and cut fabric to wooden and poly shells Repair and refurbish products and support materials Maintain equipment and work area in an orderly manner Work with other departments to perform measurements and fittings of product to determine appropriate size of foam, frame and fabric Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards Perform other duties/projects as assigned Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma / GED Ability to use all related tools and equipment effectively and safely Ability to work cooperatively with members of other teams to meet goals Must be available to work overtime if required Physical Demands Mobility necessary to perform a variety of tasks that involve standing, walking, sitting, stooping, kneeling, bending, and twisting, possibly reaching chest high and overhead for materials Ability to lift/move/pull 10-50lbs occasionally throughout day Ability to hear adequately on the phone or in person and group settings

Vision:

Required to have close visual acuity, color vision and depth perception Use of hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate standard tools and equipment Able to stand and or walk (90% of the day) and consistently reach, bend, and move inside the facility to move products.
