Job Overview:

Springfield Special Products is looking for a Vinyl Fabrication Technician to join our team! This is a hands-on, laid-back position where you’ll work with radio frequency (RF) welding, industrial sewing machines, and vinyl tarp layout to create high-quality products like water blobs, tarps, and other custom vinyl items. If you enjoy working with your hands, appreciate a relaxed work environment , and like seeing a project come together, this might be the perfect fit! No experience? No problem—we’ll train the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate radio frequency welding machines to seal vinyl materials. Use industrial sewing machines to stitch and reinforce vinyl products. Measure, cut, and lay out vinyl tarps with precision. Inspect finished products for quality and durability. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth production flow. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
