The Position:

We are looking for a dependable individual with great attention to detail to join our upholstery department as an Upholstery Inspector in our Valdese, NC location.

This individual will:

Inspect each piece as it transitions between inside and outside upholstery processes. Identify and communicate any quality issues to the appropriate team member for resolution. Verify tailoring accuracy, including symmetry, alignment, and adherence to style specifications. Ensure each item meets visual and functional quality standards. Use required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses. Follow and maintain housekeeping and safety standards to minimize risks of slips, trips, and falls. Candidates that will be a great fit will: Have previous warehouse experience. Be a hard-working individual that wants a long-term career Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, lifting, twisting, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods. Able to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift (100% of the time). Must be capable of rotating up to 50 pounds at ground level up to 60 times per day. Ability to push or move up to 200 pounds across the floor up to 60 times per day. Strong attention to detail and quality focus. Must be able to operate a scan gun accurately. Why should you apply? Shift:

Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4:00pm, and Friday 6:30am-10:30am
