$18/hr ProStaffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of mattress components conveniently located in Conover, NC! We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sewer to join our team. You will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring high-quality cushions are crafted with precision. Your primary responsibilities will include operating industrial sewing machines, working with various fabrics, and maintaining quality standards. This position requires prior cushion sewing experience and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Sew cushions and pillows with precision and attention to detail Operate industrial sewing machines efficiently Work with various fabrics and materials Ensure quality standards are met on all products Follow production schedules and meet deadlines

Key Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous cushion sewing experience required (minimum 2 years)

Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and pattern reading Attention to
