Ideal candidates will have 3 years of recent upholstery experience. This position works 6:30am-4:15pm, Monday-Thursday and 6:30am-10:30am on Friday. Job Duties Upholster and repair furniture. Measure, cut, and sew fabric to fit furniture specifications. Remove old upholstery and padding from furniture. Inspect and repair frames, springs, and other structural components. Install new padding, foam, and upholstery materials. Attach trimmings to complete the finished product. Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all upholstery work. Job Requirements Recent experience in furniture upholstery environment. Experience working with hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of furniture restoration techniques. Ability to assemble and fabricate upholstery components. Proficiency in using a sewing machine to sew fabric or leather. Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
