Job Summary The Maintenance Specialist IV has responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, performing regular maintenance, preventive repair tasks on machinery, technology equipment, and other instruments. The Maintenance Specialist IV is also responsible for using various hand tools, electronic tools, and measuring devices. This is a non-exempt position that reports to LSCPA’s Physical Plant Department Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Three years of progressively responsible experience in carpentry, painting, use of equipment; including experience as a craftsman
Valid driver’s license with good driving record Preferred Qualifications SALARY Work Hours 40 Hours per week
