The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and welfare, providing essential support in maintaining a safe and clean environment for pets. This role involves direct interaction with animals, ensuring their well-being, and assisting with various tasks related to their care. Responsibilities Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, grooming, and exercising. Maintain cleanliness of kennels and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to veterinary staff. Assist in administering medications as directed by veterinary professionals. Support veterinary technicians during examinations and treatments as needed. Handle dogs and other animals safely and effectively, ensuring their comfort. Maintain accurate records of animal care activities and observations. Requirements Experience in animal handling or pet care is preferred. Knowledge of animal behavior is a plus. Familiarity with medication administration is beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
