- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room.
- Experience in animal restraint, assisting in collecting and analyzing lab samples, capturing diagnostic imaging.
- Surgical preparation, assistance and anesthesia monitoring experience a bonus.
- Provide basic information to clients regarding pet care, vaccinations, and preventive treatments
- Process payments, handle financial transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with clients, veterinarians, and other staff members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
- Knowledge of pet care, animal handling, and animal husbandry practices
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and basic laboratory procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used in veterinary clinics
- Experience with dog training or handling is a plus We offer competitive pay based on experience.
