Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant Compassionate Care Veterinary Hospital of Charlotte 9300 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC 28270 Are you a compassionate, organized, and friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Compassionate Care Veterinary Hospital of Charlotte is looking for a Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team! As the first point of contact for our clients, the CSR plays a key role in creating a positive experience for both pets and their people.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and potential clients warmly in person and over the phone Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency Schedule and create appointments accurately and efficiently Answer client questions and provide helpful, compassionate support Input and update client and patient information in medical records with a high degree of accuracy Prepare and send prescription and supply orders for client pickup Draft and send communications on behalf of the doctor to ensure clear follow-up Assist in managing the daily flow of the clinic to keep operations running smoothly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Exceptional multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated compassion and empathy for pets and their owners Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure Comfortable using computers and veterinary software systems (Cornerstone experience is a plus!)

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 1 year of veterinary experience Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures Why Join Us?
